OUR INVESTMENT TEAM
Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones has significant expertise in investing in and growing businesses across diverse sectors. Prior to founding The Fairfield Company, Andrew was Vice President of Corporate Development for Young Innovations, a leading global supplier of dental products. In addition to leading the sourcing, execution and integration for 14 acquisitions, Andrew also had broad executive responsibilities, leading elements of strategy, operations, commercial, customer service, compliance, and finance functions. Prior to Young, Andrew served on the investing team at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with ~$2.8b under management, and at Barclays, a leading global investment bank. He also has extensive independent investment and advisory experience in real estate, media, fitness, food services, healthcare, technology, hospitality and construction sectors. Andrew lives outside Chicago with his family and can usually be found on the weekends entertaining friends and family.
Chris Munn
Chris Munn has over 10 years of experience working in finance and acquisitions across a broad set of business sectors. Prior to founding The Fairfield Company, Chris worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Colonial Pipeline, a national leader in pipeline transportation and services. At Colonial, Chris advised on several deals including a $100M strategic asset acquisition. Prior to Colonial, Chris spent time at Fortress, a hedge fund based in New York City and prior to that, Hess, a Fortune 100 gas & oil company also based in New York City where he held a number of finance and investing relating roles. Chris has spent the last few years building out the Fairfield commercial real estate platform. Chris lives with his wife in Los Angeles and enjoys spending time golfing and seeing the world.
